 I am not sure creating a new port, 'develarm' is necessary here. Why not
 just update the existing port gcc-devel to (temporarily) use the new
 branch ? Once the changes are merged with upstream, and/or gcc11 merged,
 then gcc-devel can just be switched back to the normal snapshots.
