 `youtube-dl` has been taken down…

 `port fetch` worked fine (wanted to download a copy for backup), but the
 code on GitHub is not available.

 Have no idea how this will affect us, &/or if RIAA is going to go after
 other hosts (eg like package managers) for hosting the code or not. Was
 just the initial thought I had after reading it.
