 Looks like they've updated their hompeage: https://yt-dl.org and added a
 download page: https://yt-dl.org/download.html (incl sig/keys etc).

 This also showed up an hour ago or so: https://gitlab.com/ytdl-org
 /youtube-dl, but I have no idea if that (really) is “ytdl-org”, or just
 some random fan making it available again - since there's no reference to
 the GitLab page from the homepage.
