 The code for iTerm2 should be patched to remove Sparkle completely for the
 MacPorts distributed version. The checkbox for this should do nothing/be
 disabled/not be displayed (iTerm2 -> Preferences -> General tab ->
 Services sub-tab -> Check for updates automatically).

 Users might accidentally update within the app instead of using MacPorts,
 which could make MacPorts think something is wrong with the installation
 on update.
