Comment:

 That file is generated by the cdrtools build system (by avoffset.c),
 obviously faultily on arm64. I don't know what a correctly generated file
 for arm64 would look like. Please report the bug to the developers of
 cdrtools so that they can correct it and release a new version of
 cdrtools. MacPorts can then update to the new version.
