 Thanks Ryan.  I need this port for a script I am working on to shrink
 DVD's from DVD9 t DVD5.

 P.S.  I also need m2vrequantiser to so the actual shrinking.  I have
 finalized this port for submission after incorporating all your
 suggestions.  See https://trac.macports.org/ticket/64083
 When you get a chance, please look at it, tweak it if necessary and submit
 it to the Macports port tree.  Thanks again for all your help.
