Comment:

 You forgot to increase the revision for this change. And your change only
 fixes the issue with icu-config on 64-bit systems. It does not fix the
 Makefile include issues. See comment:11. If no ports need the Makefile
 includes, we could remove them, but I don't know if that's the case. And
 of course it didn't fix the issue for which this ticket was originally
 filed: i386/ppc universal builds.
