 graphics/jpeg distfile appears to have changed, it is failing the size and
 checksum checks.  I've downloaded it manually as well and get the same

 "jpegsrc.v9d.tar.gz" was last changed "Sun Jan 12 10:49 2020", unknown how
 that is generated.
