 Furthermore, the current Makefile patch
 {{{${prefix}//var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/macports/release/tarballs/ports/devel/grpc/files
 /patch-Makefile.diff}}} is obsolete and does not work with the latest grpc
 version. The proposed cmake build fixes this issue.
