 OpenBLAS is at 0.3.15 and about to be upgraded to 0.3.16 (
 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/11576 ). I just tried
 building OpenBLAS 0.3.16 +native on 11.5beta & it works fine for me. Once
 the upgrade happens please try it & see if it works ... and if not then
 please attach a new build log.
