 I modified mkvtoolnix to use macports-libcxx here
 <https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/10238> but didn't commit
 it.

 Works great on the systems I tried. Let me know if you get stuck.

 qt5.12 is 10.13+. Sometimes a motivated person can maintain a port to use
 an older qt5 version, for a while at least. New features come in gradually
 in most cases. If someone wants to do that, the libcxx fix might still
 prove useful, up to you.
