 The other significant change that's coming over the next few weeks, is a
 simplification of both `openmpi` and `mpich`: We're going to significantly
 prune the target compiler list, which will greatly reduce the impact on
 the buildbots.

 The compiler list will likely be Clang 9 through 11, and GCC 7 through 11.
