 @michaelld .... I removed and clean gnuradio. I removed /uninstall
 MacPorts and made a fresh install of everything First MacPorts for OS
 Monterey: No errors. then I did an install for gnu radio +python39 +quartz
 ...no errors at all in the installation .... yet, the problem persists ...
 other ports installed like LimeSDRGui work well
