Comment:

 Of note, the opportunistic linking against `py-mkl` is occurring for at
 least two ports, and perhaps others: `py-numpy` and `py-scipy`.

 Thankfully our very own Michael Dickens maintains those two, so
 reassigning to him to fix!  ;-)
