 It does indeed appear that the libgcc11 update has removed
 {{{/opt/local/lib/libgcc/libgcc_ext.10.5.dylib}}}

 so that will need to be provided by libgcc10 now presumably.

 Chris didn't notice this when updating gcc11 / libgcc11 to 11.3.0, but I'm
 sure he'll get round to it soon.
