 If the new libgcc11 no longer supplies those libraries (on some systems?)
 that would do it.

 Could be. We’ll see if that is verified by others too. I seem to have
 those libraries as above, on Mojave, but I’ll double check my libgcc11
 exact version to be certain.

 If so, we know the proper solution to that issue, which comes up every now
 and then.
