 I tried building against the 11.3 SDK on 10.14, but that was also a
 failure as the Xcode clang compiler doesn't work well with the 11.3 SDK,
 it seems.

 I then tried to force a newer compiler, but that failes as this port uses
 xcode to build, and that is harder to force to use a newer compiler.
