 I guess you are right, it looks like a consequence of gcc7 being broken. I
 don't use it now outside of Tiger. All other systems have gcc11 @11.3.0.
 So to wrap up, no need to fix Cmake, I guess.
 What was preventing it from building earlier was libuv, and libuv I have
 fixed.

 I will wait for the reaction of upstream first, and then submit a PR here
 (for libuv, not cmake).
