 Hi, I'm not such an advanced user to know these kind of things.

 I've just tried launching dbus

 {{{

 sudo port load dbus
 Password:
 --->  Loading startupitem 'dbus-system' for dbus
 --->  Loading startupitem 'dbus-session' for dbus

 }}}

 and then when launching tunar


 {{{
 thunar
 ThunarThumbnailer: Failed to retrieve supported types:
 GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name
 org.freedesktop.thumbnails.Thumbnailer1 was not provided by any .service
 files
 }}}

 the behaviour is exactly the same, but the error message is a new one.
 Keep advancing I guess
