 But in my case it seeks permission to rebuilt gcc7, gcc8, llvm-6.0, rust
 and cargo. On granting the permission, it tries to get libgcc9 and then
 fails as mentioned before. The log file should be self-evident. I am not
 sure what is wrong here.
