 I have no strong opinion. ECL is probably fine. Remember that if you then
 build SBCL with the bootstrapped SBCL you should hit a steady state. Also
 remember we have access to conformance tests so they can be run on the
 bootstrapped binary. If SBCL is willing to help us get SBCL binaries that
 are kept up to date that's also fine for bootstrap.
