Comment (by kencu):

 I thought our libcxx-5.0 provided filesystem on 10.6.8, but it doesn't;
 although filesystem is there in experimental in libcxx-5.0, and it is
 possible to have it move into the std namespace, we don't currently do
 that with the buildit script approach.
