Yep, it was moved from experimental to in 9.0.0 .

Either you missed what I wrote about what is actually loaded into memory
(and the fact of setting the dylib `current_version` info), or you have
proof that I don't. Do you?
FWIW, libcxx 5 also builds with cmake. I've modified my version of the
port so it uses that method when possible, which makes it a lot easier to
patch the build. It complexifies the Portfile but IMHO that's worth it.
