 I can confirm that I have rust 1.67.1. I have tried again to install py-
 cryptography, while the port install output reads:

 ```--->  Installing py-cryptography @39.0.1_0```

 ```--->  Activating py-cryptography @39.0.1_0```

 ```--->  Cleaning py-cryptography```

 I only appear to have 3.3.2.
