 Since we apparently now have a [comment:39 test program] to see if clang
 is broken in this way, I recommend someone install various versions of the
 [https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=command%20line%20tools Xcode
 command line tools], figure out the earliest broken version (`clang -v`),
 then add that to `compiler.blacklist`, along with increasing `revision`.
 If the blacklist addition need only apply to Apple Silicon or Intel
 systems, enclose the addition in a `platform darwin arm` or `platform
 darwin i386` block, respectively.
