 Or if we go by the [comment:34 llvm bug report] which states that clang 15
 is affected, then, according to
 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xcode#Toolchain_versions Wikipedia], only
 Xcode 14.3 and 14.3.1 are based on clang 15, and the correct
 `compiler.blacklist` addition would be `{clang >= 1403 < 1500}`.
