 I do have ansible playbook to easy update and install a setup with
 bootstrap macports :) So, I've repeated build from scratch on 10.5 more
 than once... and not each attempt it fails. It may works via MacPorts, may
 fail...

 So, I have no idea how to hunt it down to fix.
