 environment - Macos Monterey, intel CPU,

 configuration file location: /opt/local/etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf

 description
  When I start mosquitto with below command it does not read configuration
 file correctly.
   - sudo port load mosquitto

  When I start mosquitto with below command it works well
   - /opt/local/sbin/mosquitto -c /opt/local/etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf
    but in this case it will not be applicable after reboot os.
