 Freeciv is now at version 3.1.3. There are clients for gtk3.22, gtk4 and
 qt5 or qt6. Hopefully Jim will allow multiple variants to support both qt
 and gtk. I have found problems with gtk4, unclear if qt5 or qt6 is better.
