 As I explained, I don't know ''where'' you think gcc13 is blacklisted
 under macOS 15. Where do we think a change is needed? In the MacPorts base
 compiler selection algorithm? In the compilers portgroup? In the gcc13
 port? In the fpm port? The code I showed from the fpm port suggests that
 it is already defaulting to gcc13; I do not understand why or where gcc14
 is being selected for your build.
