 To be more specific: `sudo port -ns upgrade --force libgcc14 && sudo port
 -ns upgrade --force gcc14`. `-s` to build from source, `--force` to
 "upgrade" (rebuild) even if not outdated, and `-n` so that dependencies do
 not get rebuilt.
