 I am not going to start patching around the headers installed by the
 `gccN-libcxx` ports. These are just a direct copy of the headers from
 LLVm/clang, so any fixes on that side will first have to find there way
 into an LLVm-clang release, which `gccN-libcxx` will subsequently pick up.
