 c-ares seems to have been updated (port version: 1.30.0, new version:
 1.31.0)
 }}}

 This would allow dropping the patchfile taken up for 1.30.0_1 to fix
 upstream issues 782 and 783 as well a new upstream fix for build failures
 on 10.13 and 10.14, not reported or patched here
 (https://github.com/c-ares/c-ares/issues/787)
