 Paul Eggert sees nothing he could do: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html
 /bug-gnulib/2024-03/msg00208.html. He states that `Apple's /bin/rm` should
 be banned because too buggy. What he finally suggests, maybe because the
 troublesome test programme does not produce much useful information, is:

 }}}

 Good enough for all GNU utilities/ports?
