Comment:

 The version of openssl included with Mac OS X 10.7 is too old to be able
 to fetch from GitHub. It can fetch from our mirrors, but if our build
 servers are busy on other things, it can take some time before they get
 around to mirroring new files. And once they do mirror them, it can take a
 couple hours before those files show up on the public servers.

 After you filed this ticket, the new netpbm files were automatically
 mirrored.
