 Hhhm... I am pretty sure there was a file there. But I've seen reports
 online that the macOS 15.1 update caused trouble with some frameworks... I
 update last night to 15.1.1 - perhaps something was fixed there.

 Nevertheless, I agree with you that the Accelerate framework it linked to
 from the buildbot does no longer exists; that is indeed an issue. But that
 should resolve itself when you build from source or something needs to be
 updated in NumPy after the change in macOS 15.1. I will have to look into
 this a bit more; there should by now some upstream reports/issues about
 this if it's not a MacPorts specific problem...
