 libproxy currently requires vala, which have hundred of dependencies.

 This is an issue for ports that depends on libproxy but doesn’t need vala
 bindings, for example wget ([[ticket:69601#comment:18|related ticket]]).
 Is there a way to makes vala support an optional dependency by moving it
 to a subport or a variant (disabled by default)?
