 the log shows it’s an issue wit commenting out the line… So please just
 remove the line with the patch form arm64, do {{{sudnport clean —all
 subportof:py-numpy}}} and try to install again.

 Regarding py-scipy; that uses the Accelerate framework as well by default
 so if you have problems with it, please try to install SciPy with the
 {{{+openblas}}} variant. Of course, opening a ticket and attaching the
 {{{main.log}}} is always a good idea so that we can try to see what the
 issue is.
