 You sure? I did not realize that.

 Naw, in my case Xcode upgrades all succeed (though are PAINfully slow),
 but CLT upgrades often/usually are problematic. And have to be done via
 .dmg, never through {{{Xcode-select --install}}}.

 OK, if you're correct regarding rebuilding everything from source - I'm
 convinced.
