 If you give that file an .html extension and open it in your browser, you
 see:

 I'm not sure who "Wefe - Apac" or why they're interfering with your
 Internet connection but you'll either have to contact them and ask them to
 stop doing that or else switch to correctly functioning DNS servers as
 mentioned at MisbehavingServers.

 If you visit the sunsite URL above maybe you'll get a better formatting of
 the error message, such as one that includes the email address to contact.
