 Implicit function declaration errors are not new in Xcode 16 and macOS 15;
 they've been around since Xcode 12 and macOS 10.15. Each port needs
 individual fixes for those issues so individual tickets are needed for
 those. See WimplicitFunctionDeclaration for more.
