 I have deleted {{{/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools}}}  and reinstalled
 it with the DMG only, and I cannot get things to work.

 wdormann or Iritscen, could you please share with me the output of your
 {{{xcode-select -p}}}? i.e. should that output be pointing to
 {{{/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools}}}?
