 If using MacPorts boost is a viable solution and if that is the solution
 we want to use, then instead of just adding the dependency, the boost
 portgroup should be used and told which version of boost to use because we
 offer several different versions of boost in MacPorts and we want
 qtlocation to use the one we specify.
