 One remark: Dogmatics are good for priests and mullahs and party members,
 folks who are lacking some IQ. Sensible people can make decisions based on
 recent facts, not those from some completed past.

 Where are the MacPorts "policies" on GCC or Perl? Or that one version fits
 all? This works in other OS – and not macOS?
