 The buildbots for macOS 10.11 have not built an archive for the latest
 3.8.1 version of ack.  The last build was 2024-12-21 20:49:26 number
 283738.
 The build appears to use an archive builtt  on an internal machine which
 may not be running on 10.11

 The system tar on my machine does not extract the distfile properly.
