 In [30a1f5a04663cc4ff28de3beffd4a2e3bc318c8b/macports-ports] why was a
 library dependency on port:cmake added to sfcgal? Does sfcgal really use
 cmake at runtime?

 A build dependency on path:bin/cmake:cmake is already present thanks to
 the cmake portgroup.
