 clang-11 does not build on Sonoma.

 It is so marked in the Portfile, to prevent people from trying to build in
 on Sonoma or newer systems.

 perhaps "port upgrade" for some reason just doesn't respect that? Not
 sure, haven't seen it.

 I would suggest you just uninstall clang-11, and do the rest of your
 ports. If you have any other issues with that, please report back.
