 I checked the source release at github [1]. There the files are in the
 `.tar.gz` file under the directory pandoc-3.6.2. If I `mv  jgm-pandoc-
 fd49684 pandoc-3.6.2` then it builds. I'm not sure why the files are in a
 subdirectory `jgm-pandoc-fd49684`.

 One possible solution would be to add the `github.tarball_from releases`
 keyword. Then it should get the release from the source. The default
 filename should match the expected filename of `pandoc-3.6.2.tar.gz`, if I
 look at the content-disposition from requesting URL [1].
