Comment:

 Ok great. Duplicate of #70750 then.

 I assume the plan is to retire the ffmpeg port once everything that
 currently depends on the ffmpeg port is changed to depend on a newer
 ffmpeg# port. However, the plan of the maintainers of the ffmpeg ports is
 not entirely clear. See #65623 and #69808.
