 really excited to report this @ryandesign @jmroot

 nodejs22 now works on 10.7 with the macports-libcxx changes i'll be
 pushing soon.

 10.6 needs a little more work i think, with the linker issue, as it would
 start building node but throw that linker line that i worked around when
 building runtimes-bins.

 but the upside is that llvm-19 is working great (on 10.6 too) and it's
 possible we could get away using a lesser clang (maybe 17 or something)
 with the newer llvm as a stop-gap.
